A queen needs an army, and when we travel to Eden Park, the shifter theme park, I am in for a surprise. Turns out all those cheesy rollercoasters and offensive zoo-like shows are just a front for a shifter militia, and I’m going to have to learn to give inspiring speeches. It starts to feel all too real when people want you to kiss their babies for good luck, you know?

Luckily, I have the two sexiest, dearest men in the world at my side, my loyal wolf shifter musician Ian and sharp tongued but sweet lynx-shifter Waylon, who keeps revealing new talents… But where is my third consort? He’s closer than I realized, and dealing with his dark, damaged past will draw out a new side to my powers.

Still, in the end, destroying people is what I’m meant to do, and when a friend gets caught in a trap set by the sadistic Shaw, I’m due for a reckoning with my ability to kill. But is this the real trap? It seems like my enemy was only waiting for me to cut loose…
