Bronte Milton always seemed to pick the wrong guy. Her last boyfriend took everything she had and disappeared with his rock band, leaving her behind to pick up the pieces. Since then she'd scraped by in the hopes of finally moving someplace warm. Florida sounded amazing to her and when she's finally on her way south, a dead animal in the road detours her to more than just an alternate route.

Ivo Kaiser was born in Germany in a time when life wasn't easy and since joining the Blood Angels MC, he'd promised himself to live life to its fullest. However, meeting his mate on the side of an Alaskan road had never factored into his plans as the VP of the Blood Angels. Even so, he wasn't about to turn his back on this new adventure.

He'd traveled for years in search of the woman or man who would soothe his wild side until the day he'd landed in Azrael, Alaska and met Ivo. Something about the vampire had him wanting to stay in one place. However, Ivo didn't seem to feel the same, so Tiber accepted friendship… for now.
