Dark Revelations

When this craziness started I was just an average girl. I'd never even kissed a boy. I'd never had a real boyfriend. Now, I have seven of them. My problem is they aren't human. I'm not sure I am either. I can handle being like my mom It's even kind of cool flying around with my sun seraph Shield when he isn't trying to act like Casanova with me just to make me blush. Things are becoming more complicated as my eighteenth birthday nears.  

Having boyfriends like a gargoyle with amazing lavender eyes, a sexy shape-shifter, a gorgeous ancient vampire, a golden sun seraph who's hot enough to start a fire with just the touch of his finger, a mysterious and charming warlock with a lovely Scottish brogue and two chillingly handsome wendigoes as constant companions should make me feel special and pretty safe. It doesn't. The way our nemesis William Dark runs his operation, I'm not sure I'll ever feel safe again even with them becoming my Shields. I know I am considered special by all seven of my Shields. Unfortunately I've learned an awful truth about myself that could change everything we between us.

Will my beloved Shields still want me when they learn who I really am? How can I expect them to accept me as I am, when I can't accept it.  

The snowstorm swirls around me and stings my eyes as we fly through the night sky, but I don't care. All I can think about is the love I may lose. I am bound for an uncertain future...a future in a Dark world...
