The Queen of Hearts Series is set in the same world as The Gentlemen Trilogy, and follows many of the same characters from those books. While it is not necessary to read The Gentlemen to understand The Queen of Hearts Series, Mad As A Hatter WILL spoil every twist and cliffhanger in The Gentlemen Trilogy. If you intend to read both series, read the Gentlemen first.
