My mate, Husk, rejected me!

What do I care?

I have two mates who adore and worship the ground that I walk on. They are everything I need and more, or so I thought until I discover I need all three to survive.

I’d left home and moved into Moon Casino. I was the daughter of the alpha wolf in Smallheath. He isn’t happy I left and wants me back to be sold to the highest bidder. 

I thought my true identity was a secret until I met Mayia, half wolf and half vampire. One of a kind. Husk hates mixed breeds, he calls us unnatural and claims that we bring unbalance to the Packs and their lives. 

Other Packs need our help, but I’m no good to them, not even to my new Pack without my powers. 

Husk is arrogant, stubborn, and pigheaded, the complete opposite of what I want.

I can’t mate with a brute like him, but the more time I spend with him. I discover a different side to him. One that can make me think otherwise, but then something gets in the way. As it always does when you are hiding and running from the ones you love.
