Saving Jaslynn

It’s a whole new world and I’m alone.

And I’m starving…for blood.

The last thing I remember is Rain taking an arrow to the heart, choosing my life over hers in an act of selfless bravery I’ll never forget. 

Obeying her final command, I disappeared from my would-be killers, hiding inside the one place they refused to follow. 

The haunted temple. 

I have no memory of my temple ordeal. And now I’m here. The “other” place. A world dominated by technology not magic. A world without my four thieves to protect me. 

How will I fulfill the prophecy if I’m stuck here?

I’m not just trapped. I’m afraid. And when I think about my thirst for blood, I grow fangs. 

Yes, fangs!

I changed inside the temple, for the worse. I’m no longer just a princess in love with her four protectors. I’m something more…something deadly. 

War, Faze, Jam and Kaz will do everything in their power to rescue me, but perhaps they shouldn’t. I hunger now for more than their affection; I crave their essence. There’s a good chance I’ll consume them, one by one, unable to resist my unholy cravings. 

Whoever or whatever brought these wicked desires to life must die for their treachery. Then, if I survive, I’ll fight to save both worlds and my loved ones before I’m lost to the bloodlust forever.
