Joy Ridder's brother, John, is missing after coming to the small Texas town of Lonesome. He came to visit the Mesa brothers and then never texted his sister again. Werelion brothers, Charlie, Win, and Mars Mesa are trapped inside a huge cage with their friend, John, a newly transformed werelion. Their captor is someone they never would've suspected, someone they trusted, and even liked. But she's not the woman they thought she was.
