A double proposition for triple the pleasure.

My two brothers and I are Irish through and through. We’d never been to Texas, until a land dispute brought us here. When we meet smoking hot Lucy who lives next door to the property we’re trying to develop into a dude ranch, she offers to sell us a portion of her land to help develop as well.

But we have a different kind of offer for her. We want to share not only her land but also her body and her heart.

Our ranch plans hit a snag when her estranged brother shows up on her doorstep, freshly divorced and needing a place to stay, and he’s violently opposed to letting his sister sell any part of their inheritance.

Can the three of us make Lucy our partner both in the office and in the bedroom? Or will her brother’s interference derail everything?
