Unpleasant

“There’s a major pecking order around here. The more arrogant you are, the harder you’ll get slapped down.

I don’t want to do it, but I will if you force me to. Got it?” 

Those were the words that should have made me back down.

Probably should have taken off after the first day.

Except, my mom disappeared five years ago without so much as a trace, and it turns out that she too studied at Pleasant Valley Academy.

This is my one chance to find out what happened to her.

But nothing could have prepared me for Adam, Milo, and Rhys.

For some reason, the three kings of the academy seem determined to kick me out and send me back to California.

I don’t give a shit how devastatingly gorgeous they are. They’re bullies, and I won’t let them win.
