Delthilia

Delthilia has lived her life the best she can, never expecting anything less than the breath in her lungs. Being born with Albinism has put her on the receiving end of vile words and humiliation her entire life. With an abusive home life fueling her drive to leave town, she attends the local college in the hopes of one day, finding her place in this world. But a night of terror at a house party turns her life upside down, and she finds herself on the run from The State Governor and his sons'. When she collapses in the woods, she is rescued by a group of cowboys who seem larger than life. Delthilia soon learns that love and acceptance are a basic human right, not something that must be earned. As she begins to heal under the careful guide of these three men, a contract is put out for her life. Just when she fears she must flee for the safety of the men she's come to care for, they make it known that no one in this world will take her from their grasp. Because they aren't just a group of cowboys, but a team of Stateside Green Berets, and there isn't a thing they won't do to keep her.
