Finding Bridgett

Ranger Wolfe, Roman Woodland and Ryan Simpson left high school as close friends to attend the University of Hawai‘i. They decided to pledge the same fraternity, despite their disparate career paths. Little did they realize that their fraternity of choice had an initiation that would throw them into a close sexual relationship. It was during this initiation that they first met Candi; the woman they became immediately enamored with despite only being with her for two nights. The only problem was that she disappeared with a trace after those two nights.

Fifteen years later, Ranger sold his company, Roman had to retire from professional football and Ryan retired from being an international war correspondent. They all ended up in Hawai‘i where they picked up with their relationship as if they had never been apart. After getting injured while body-surfing at Makapuu, they see a woman at the clinic that looked exactly like Candi. Taking a chance, they left a note for her hoping she would meet up with them after work.

Turned out, Candi was really Bridgett Powers, a physician’s assistant at the clinic. And she did show up for dinner but then bolted from the restaurant without explanation. She definitely remembered the three men from her college days, but that was when she was wanton and out of control. Now she was much calmer, more responsible and scared as hell that her past was going to come back to haunt her. This is the story about how the four met and how after fifteen years, the three guys who had grown to hold Candi as their ideal woman, found Bridgett; their real-world Candi.
