The Last Fairy: Finding Humanity

Kidnapped at 10 years old to another dimension. War breaks out across the human world and the fairy lands, to the point that the humans had to use a Biochemicals to win the war. Yeah, they won the war because the rift between the worlds closed up when people became sick from the chemical weapon.

Humans and the thousands of warrior fairies that were left behind died, but came back to life, as I watched this all play out from my caged tower. The dead creatures roamed the lands as the Apex predator now, and some are quite scary as they either walked or ran. Those runner creatures scare me the most, I’m glad that I’m stuck in this tower.

Did I speak to soon? Yeah, I did especially when Butcher literally shoves me out of my tower to find the gems that will save us all. One problem, he has no clue what they look like nor where everyone is. Well, I’m not risking my life on a pointless mission. I’m going to see if earth is worth saving before I decide to put my neck out there for them all. I’m glad I did because I found a weird animal that barks or growls, as he lets me know when something or someone is close by. I’m not sure why but I named him Aice.

I found humanity, but not sure if these killers are worth saving when they kill each other for food or a safe place to sleep. What confuses me the most is not once seeing a female human with any of these groups. Not wanting to find out why, I decide to stick to the shadows for the rest of my journey with Aice.

How do I continue to survive when I’ve never been taught how to survive on my own, let alone how to use a sword or dagger to fight. Call me the clueless and scared fairy because that’s how I feel in this apocalyptic world. I wish for help because I’m lonely and losing all hope, that is until I stumble into them one night. The four human men who are trying to survive in this chaos world, while helping others along the way.

The first man is tall and silent but gives orders like a commander.

The second man looks strong especially from this blade thing that he always has attached to him. He too gives orders as well and so I’ll call him second commander.

The third man laughs and makes the rest of the group laugh with these funny sayings. He is also the one who is always looking out for these creatures at night fall. I call him lookout.

The fourth man is sweet and has a kind heart. He loves to read while he cooks every morning and night. I call him the cook.

I have to know more about them, especially when I feel this deep need to protect, provide and love them. Here’s the newer version of my mission, find more humanity while protecting and providing the men within the shadows with Aice. Lets see how long that last before they catch on to me.
