Peyton Reynolds is attempting to put her life back together after her loving fiancé snapped and tried to kill her but finds herself struggling with nightmares and anxiety. To make things more complicated, Earth has been colonized by humans from another solar system who have a matriarchal, polyandrous society. Fortunately, Tyler is released, and they each find a man Peyton feels safe with to satisfy Tulari law, and they’re all getting along amazingly well.
But it isn’t a bed of roses. Peyton is harassed by her late fiancé’s family, and someone has a grudge against Ty.
Notes from the author
Fans of the song "Wait in the Truck" by Hardy featuring Lanie Wilson may enjoy this book since the ideas for it were inspired by this song. It was hard to pick a specific genre since it's technically Sci-Fi but not off world, and all the characters are human. I hope I described it concisely enough to prevent confusion or unpleasant surprises.
