Zero Absolutes

The world is filled with monsters…and I’m one of them.

It’s not easy being a monster, particularly when I’d rather be playing video games or watching anime. The only thing more difficult is dealing with my family and the obligations of blood and honor. When my wicked stepmother sends me to America on what’s obviously a suicide mission, I can’t refuse – not if there is a slim chance I may be able to save my father.

Now, if I can just figure out why a strange tattoo has appeared on my chest, why angelic creatures are out to kill me, and deal with the monstrous males who are suddenly very interested in my life’s choices, I might actually survive to see my twenty-fifth birthday.

My name is Yuki Shiro, and if I’ve learned one thing so far, is that there are zero absolutes in life. Except one. Males make everything more complicated.
