A Little Tempted

We’ve been besties ever since we were kids.
The guys made a pact to keep it that way…
Until I broke that pact with a hot kiss.

Jake, Rob, Dex and I have been best friends since first grade.
We’ve grown up wild and free here in Cricket, California.
We’ve done everything together…
Everything, except…
I couldn’t help it.
I was there.
He was there.
The warm water bubbled all around us…
We kissed.
The hot tub ignited our pent-up desire.

That was only the beginning.

I never knew about their pact
Or how breaking it would affect them.
Did I end their bond?
Destroy their friendship?
Could we ever be besties again?
