Cargil has fallen, and I am now the Mystic Heir of Aster. I never expected to be in this position, yet here I am. Fate has taken the reins of my life and is steering me directly into the flames. I am also gifted with four men that I cannot deny: Trey and Rhett who have watched me mature from a spoiled princess, to warrior, to Mystic Heir of Aster; Manu who chose right over wrong, helping us all to survive; and Gabal, who is king and was bound to me the day I was born. I have more love and support around me than I ever dreamed possible, and I will need every ounce of support.My traitorous sister, Celeste, has joined with King Maddox of Cavet. Through nefarious means, she has harnessed the power of a node and is moving north through Aster and into the mountains.
