Kiara Bellamy, older twin sister to Katie, can’t rid herself of the guilt of not finding her kidnapped sister sooner. After a nearly fatal car accident, Kiara isn’t as healthy as she makes everyone believe. Dealing with nightmares and PTSD by herself isn’t fun, but being too independent, she doesn’t want anyone knowing how much she’s struggling. Lack of sleep and appetite eventually catch up with her and she gets sick. Storm, Jenson, and Reece Cage, ranch owners, have been attracted to Kiara for a long time. However, Storm didn’t think he and his brothers should begin courting her after she was injured in the accident. That all changes when they realize she’s sick and the three brothers are determined to woo her into their lives. Kiara doesn’t stand a chance of keeping the brothers at a distance and soon finds herself in a relationship with the three cowboys. But there’s danger abound and when Kiara is lured into peril, it will take all three of the Cage brothers to rescue her.
