My life has gone from zero to what-the-actual-hell in record time, and it just keeps getting more…complicated.

One minute I’m a demi-fae relic hunter dropping movie quotes no one gets, the next I’m a demigod chosen one with four smoking hot guardians who are all—get this—my fated mates. Yeah, ALL of them.

Did I mention I accidentally released ancient beings called reapers hell-bent on destroying everything? My bad. Although I’ve recaptured two, the other two join forces, making them practically unstoppable. Now I have to figure out how to trap them both, all while figuring out how this whole guardian of guardians gig works. The winter solstice is only a few months away, and we’re running out of time.

Oh, and there’s this barbaric human jerk running around with my stolen magic stick (an encharmer, technically), creating even more powerful iron cages to trap and enslave fae. He’s been after me ever since I granted him a wish that reversed his fortune. I’ve got unfinished business with that guy, especially after a vision reveals his plan to capture me. Yeah, good luck with that.

Between training sessions with my water guardian that usually end in disaster, my air guardian’s overprotectiveness, my fire guardian’s temper, and my earth guardian’s brooding mystery vibes, I’m juggling four supernatural relationships while trying to save multiple realms from collapsing.

On top of the deal I made with Hades—yes, that Hades—I wind up making a deal with his brother Poseidon—yes, that Poseidon—to help us trap the water reaper. Now I’ve got the attention of two gods, four guardians fated to me, and a prophecy with my name on it. So here I am, one demigod with commitment issues and a boot full of throwing knives, ready to kick some serious reaper ass?

Destiny has never been this complicated…or included bonding with four larger-than-life guardians. But hey, a girl’s gotta do what a girl’s gotta do.
